Mission & Ethics

The mission of the Association is to serve members and the public of the State of Illinois through informing, involving and influencing the safety and quality of repairs.

We work for you to to foster a collective voice for the collision and mechanical repair industry in Illinois to provide: business development, professional education and sustainable representation in government advocacy.

AASPI members subscribe to the following Code of Ethics:

• Promote goodwill between the motorists and members of the Association.
• Maintain a sense of personal obligation with each individual customer.
• Perform high-quality repair service.
• Employ the highest skilled technicians obtainable.
• Uphold the high standards of our profession and always seek to correct any and all abuses within the automotive service industry.
• Protect the integrity of all Members of the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers of Illinois.
